Program Description
TaxTracker is a tax tracking and calculation application. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in within the app, you consent to receive SMS messages from TaxTracker. You can submit pay stub screenshots via SMS, and we will send you tax-related messages including confirmations, tax alerts, and support responses.
Message Types
You may receive the following types of SMS messages:
- Confirmation messages — Acknowledging receipt of your pay stub submissions
- Tax alerts — Notifications if you are underpaying or overpaying taxes based on your submitted data
- Support responses — Replies to your questions or help requests
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your usage of TaxTracker. Messages are recurring and will be sent each time you submit a pay stub or when tax alerts are triggered by your data.
Opt-In
You must explicitly opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your phone number and agreeing to these terms within the TaxTracker application. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the app. You may use TaxTracker without opting in to SMS.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from TaxTracker. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Privacy
Your phone number and pay stub data are used solely for the purpose of providing TaxTracker's tax tracking and calculation services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Pay stub images are processed for tax data extraction and are not retained after processing is complete.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier.

TaxTracker SMS is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Service availability may vary by carrier.
